Falkner looked over at his father and gave him a smile. "I think I found my mate. Now all I have to do is keep her from tieing me up and taking me to her crazy people."

"Werewolves do not have that kind of magic. I know the difference. I would expect it from my people but not from yours." Angel said with a light shake of her head.

Azrael laughs, "Sounds like you mean an Amazon. They're interesting people. But I must admit they are strange. They are a race of women, though not truly human at all. During mating season they bring back the strongest and most attractive men they can find and fight for the right to have the man's child."

Sagar smiles, "I have that kind of magic. But you are right. I'm mostly werewolf but my mother was a vampire."

"That sounds rather odd. Do they stay with the man or do they just have his child then move on?" Falkner asked. He was rather interested in the answer.

"So vampires aren't all that magical either. The creatures with magic are the Fae and witches. As well as spirits and gods." Angel said with a small shrug.

"Generally they get pregnant and release the father before they have the child and he is never allowed to come back. Unless it's a male child. The male child is given to the father. But most of the men prefer it this way. Some of the women, however, dream of finding a permanent man and so never fight more a male."

Sagar shrugs, "I do not know. Perhaps I have been inhabited by a spirit or god. Perhaps that is why my hair is white."

"Well that makes it so much better thank you Father." Falkner said with a small sigh. He rested his head in his hands. "I hope my mate will want to keep me. I don't want to be tossed aside even when I gave the woman a child."

"No your hair would not be white. Perhaps you are the child of a god. Or maybe you just have stronger magic blood. My aunt has silver hair and she was born to normal parents." Angel sad with a light shrug. She looked him over for a moment.

Azrael pats him on the back, "Go to her and woo her. Prove your strength to the Amazon and make her love you. Then don't allow her to throw you away. Amazons worship strength."

Sagar chuckles, "Well Im not the son of gods. My parents would never cheatbon each other."

"Thank you Father. And please apologize to Mother. I didn't mean to flash her the other day. Although you would think she would be used to her sons by now. We tend to come here when we need more cloths." Falkner said giving him a smile. He then took off to find his Amazon.

Angel shrugged lightly. "A goddess can put her child into another woman to save him or soemthing. My grandmother did that for my mother. Although you can simply be really magical. Is one of your parents part fae? Perhaps you mother was before becoming a vampire."

Tria sits in the same tree she had met her werewolf near and smiles, "Oh beautiful werewolf. Where are you?" she calls, twirling her blue hair.

(Stop forgetting Sagar.)

Falkner smiled as he aproached her. "I am right here my little Amazon. Now get down here so I can show you my strength."

(I'm not. No energy for so many right now.)

Tria's eyes widen and she stands up in the tree, glaring down at him. "You left me yesterday." she says, sounding cranky. She pulls out her chains again. "I'll take you to camp and make sure you can't leave until I've fought and won your child." she says eyes flashing with excitement. "You'll be my first catch. And my first win."

"I don't believe I said I was going to let you tie me up. Besides werewolves can only have children with their mates. If you are not mine then you get no child and ther is no use in taking me any where. You don't know if I can give you what you want. Besides I would not want to have a child that would not be able to know either its father or mother." He grabbed hold of her ankle and pulled her down. He pined her to the tree and gently rubbed her throat. "But that doesn't mean I will not take you."

Tria let's out a gasp and then struggles, only half trying to be free. "Amazons don't tale mates," she murmurs, trying to get the chains around him. "I've never caught or fought for a male before." she whisers, then becomes fierce. But you'd be a great catch!"

Falkner let out a laugh. "I can't give you a baby. I can only have one with my mate. So it would be uselesss to capture me and take me. You only want a baby right? So why claim someone who can't give you one?" He asked with a curious expression.

Tria looks nervous and stops fighting him. She gives him a suspecting look and then sighs. "You promise you won't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you?" she asks, sounding hopeful.

"I won't tell jsut anyone. And I am sure I don't want to have a nice chat with anyone you are accosiated with. I don't make friends with a lot of women who cature men to have their babies." Falkner said with a light shrug.

Tria frowns at him but sighs, "I'm not actually a woman yet. Amazons of 20 years of age must go and catch their first male and fight to claim him before becoming a woman. The stronger the male they capture, the more respect. For the woman hunt, which is this, the man does not need to provide a baby. I am 22. I have failed at all my hunts because I do not want just a child..."

Falkner looked thoughtful for a moment. "So if I let you take me there you won't make me give you a baby then just shove me aside? I will do it but no chains. I am not your prisoner and refuse to be treated as such.

Tria growls at him. "You must have some sort of restraint. How do I know you're not tricking me?" she says and gently wraps the chains around his wrists, loose enough that he can break free when he wants but they look like they're really tied. "How is that?" she asks gently, looking in his eyes.

"Oh look the little Amazon caught the bog ol' werewolf." Falkner said with a light tsk and a small shake of his head. "Don't know how I let a woman get the best of me. What a shame. I guess since you have me you can lead the way little Amazon."

Tria grins and jumps forward, kissing his cheek lightly. "Thank you!" she whispers then leads him toward camp. She absently rubs his bite, which tingled and still hasn't started to heal.

Falkner smiled lightly as he walked after her. "I see you have noticed the effects of my litle bite." He said sounding quite pleased of himself.

Tria looks back at him and frowns, "Why is it not healing? What is it for?" she asks, confused. She had no idea that it was a mate mark.

Falkner continued to smile. "I'll tell you later. It might not be best to ruin your mood for now." He said and nodded lightly.

Tria continues to frown but then shrugs, entering the camp with him. Literally at least a hundred Amazons surround them, looking at Falkner as if he was a prized pet. Tria leads him to their queen and bows, "My Queen I captured this werewolf male for my woman hunt." she says respectfully. The queen nods and walls over to Falkner, inspecting him like a slave. "And now you shall fight for the right to either have his child or own him as a slave. Though I am sure the others will be fighting for his child, you will not. Will you my daughter?" the queen asks and Tria shakes her head.

Falkner frowned lightly. He then leaned closer to Tria so he would whisper in her ear. "You'd better win. I am not going to have any of these strange women expect me to give them children."

Tria gulps and looks at him with wide eyes before nodding. The queen looks over Falkner again, "First, my daughter, let us have the werewolf show his strength." she says and Falkner is ushered into a ring where a rabid vampire male awaits. The amazons untie them both to fight. Tria looks worried sick and fights through the crowd to get close to him.
