Falkner sighed lightly."You don't know much do you? I didn't choose you. A mate is given to us by fate. We don't go around deciding who we want to be with. If so I might have dated a little all ready. Mating is different then how normal people find others to spend their lives with."

Tria frowns, "So... You only want me because fate says you must have me?" she asks and then looks hurt. "If that is so then I refuse. If you want me for me however..."

"That's not what I said. I just said that fate makes me want to keep you safe and protected. It doesn't mean I have to like you or that you have to like me. Although I do like you. You fascinate me. And I did save you for more than an instinct. I wanted you to be safe. But feel free to reject me." Falkner said with a light nod.

Tria looks confused, "Why would you want me to reject you? Or at leastvwhy are you ok with it? And what if I didn't reject you? What if I asked you to prove how strong you are like you offered before."

"I don't I am just giving you the option. I want you to be happy." Falkner said and shruged lightly. "And we might want to wait on the showing of sterength until you are healed. I don't want you hurt."

Tria smiles wickedly and reaches out, running her fingers down his chest. "But I want you to show me *now*," she purrs, "I'm a strong woman Falkner."

"I know you are but you broke ribs. You caughed up blood. I don't want you to be doing such things and hurting when I show you my strength. Just take a day or so to rest and we will see how soon I can take you to my home." Falkner said. He gently took hold of her hand and gave it a gentle squeez.

Tria sighs, knowing he's right and squeezes his hand back. "Will you... lay down with me at least? I feel safe when you're here."

Falkner smiled and settled down beside her. He pulled her into his arms and gently kissed her forehead. "Now sleep well and heal up."

Tria snuggles into his chest and smiles, kissing his chest gently before closing her eyes. "Goodnight Falkner."

"Goodnight my lovely little Amazon. Although it would be nice if I knew your name." Falkner murmured softly. He gently stroked her hair.

"My name is Tria." She murmurs and nuzzles his chest, licking him gently.

"Goodnight my lovely Tria." Falkner said. He kissed her gently an gave her a light squeez. "Have plesant dreams and heal well."

"You too my beautiful werewolf." She murmurs, finally falling into a deep sleep. She murmurs to him in her sleep, whispering about all her fears, about how they had never accepted her as one of the amazons because her father had been a male centaur who had been enslaved by humans. Her mother, the queen, had had an affair with him even though the slave of anyone but an Amazon wasn't proper to have the child of.

Falkner gently stroked her hair as he listened to her speak. He wanted to comfort her but she needed her rest. Oh well he would give her a wonderful life and make her happy as often as possible. He would give her a wonderful life.

After several hours of sleep Tria wakes up and gently strokes Falkner's chest. "Mmm... Falkner. Good morning." she murmurs and kisses where she touched.

"Good morning my dear. Did you sleep well?" Falkner asked. He watched her with a tender expression. His hand lightly stroked her hair and he gave her a gentle kiss.

"Yes. I did. Thank you Falkner." Tria yawns, rubbing against him slightly. "How strong you are..."

Falkner let out a small groan. "Perhaps we should move to my place. That way we don't bug my parents."

Tria grins, "Then let us go to your place. That way we can... explore each other."

Falkner gave her a small smile. He gently untangled himself from her and stood. He then made his way to his parents room. "I'm leaving......" He let out a startled cry and closed the door. Oh gods he had never wanted to see such a sight. His parents just had to choose that moment to be doing it. He went back the livingroom. He picked Tria up and headed out of the house.

Tria chuckles, having heard his startled cry and kisses his cheek. "I'm sorry you had to see that." she says, still finding it humorous.

"Don't laugh at me. It was kind of embarasing. I have never before seen my parents doing those things. I know how my brother and I got here but I didn't want to see it. I hope it doesn't kill the mood for me." Falkner said with a light frown. He continued to carry her to his home.

Tria grins and rubs her cheek against his chest. "I'm sure I could... rekindle the mood for you if need be." she purrs, looking up at him.

Falkner shrugged lightly and tried to look emotionless. "If you think it will help." He said. He spotted his house in the distance.

Tria takes this as a challenge and grins, reaching up to grip him with her long fingers. "How are you feeling now, my beautiful werewolf."
