Zaria shrugged slightly. "I guess I'm just used to having to be skeptical. I have been stuck with vampires for a long time." She said with a shake of her head. "Although I supouse I should be thankful that you don't feel the need to just push me into the light to get rid of me." She said leaning over and gently kissing his cheek. "Don't get me wrong I'm still not happy that you kidnaped me, are making me stay awake even though I warned you that I get really crabby, and you seem to want to make me consider drinking your blood." She said as she moved to place her back to the wall.

Azrael's eyes widen with both surprise and a little bit of horror. "Of course I wouldn't push you into the light! Your my mate woman!" he growls before shuddering, "And I am *not* trying to get you to bite me. Do you want me to go out and hunt for you?"

"You seemed surprised that I would sugest such a thing. You must remember that I am oh so crule and just a little bit crazy." Zaria said with a devlish smile. "I don't think I've ever tasted a prince before. Don't worry it won't hurt much. Besides if you go hunting for me it takes all the fun out of it and I have to watch them struggle against you when it is hopeless to break free. I am not nearly that mean." She murmured before leaning forward towards his neck.

Azrael's eyes widen further and he looks a bit panicked but he also seems to be out of breath, "I'm certain I can catch some prey for you lass," he says, sounding like he's not so sure anymore.

"Oh don't be like that." Zaria said. She gently placed her hands on his shoulder and started to rub them gently. "You're so stressed just relax. You don't have to worry about a thing as long as the sun is up I can't hurt you." She said gently running her tongue up his neck. A shiver ran through her as she felt his pulse beeting against her tongue. It had been a while since she had eaten.

"Lass," Azrael says in a stern tone, "If your going to be doing anything do it now or move away before I kiss ye," he says, his voice dropping slightly in tone and becoming gruff.

Zaria let out a laugh. However she did as he wanted and sunk her fangs into his neck. He was unlike anything she had tasted before. He was sweet and he went straight to her head. She let out a small sound as she drank from his neck. How did he manage to taste just as good as he looked? "Mmmm." She comented as she pulled away. "I was right you do taste wonderful."

Azrael growled low in his throat, his eyes a bright blue, his claws longs, and his fangs showing. He grabs her by the shoulder and kisses her hard on the mouth. It seems that as much as the blood had gone to her head the bite had gone to his.

Zaria let out another sound as she found herself kissing Azrael. She wasn't quite sure when she had stoped drinking from him and started kissing him but she didn't really mind. She was caught up in the sweet intoxicating taste that Azrael seemed to radiate. Her tongue gently traced the seem where his two lips met in the middle.

Azrael pulls away and groans, "Lass, we must be stopping now or there be no guarentee we willna get carried away. That was simply a little mistake we need no' repeat again. Am I correct, Lass?" he murmurs, the bright blue of his eyes showing he doesn't even believe his own words.

"Oh I supouse you're right." Zaria said softly looking away from him. She didn't seem to notice that he didn''t seem to believe what he was saying. All she could hear were his words telling her that she made yet another mistake. Her life seemed to be full of those although the last one had landed her as a vampire queen and had gotten poor Lock locked up. "I'm sorry I won't do it again." She said moving so she could sit against the wall at a safe distance from him.

"Ah now lass. No need ta be cryin'," Azrael murmurs, his voice soft. "I thought ya hated me? Why so sad that your mate you hate isn't forcing you. I canna do anything I believe will hurt you lass,"

"I am not crying. I just don't want to make any mistakes. The last mistake I made caused my brother to be locked up, me to become a vampire, and being forced to be the queen of those idiots. I don't want anything like that to happen again." Zaria said not looking up at him. "Besides I never said I hated you, you were the one accusing me of torturing you and all that other nonsense."

Azrael narrows his eyes at her, "You can deny having tortured me all you want but I have the scars and the memories to prove I was tortured and in the dungeons of your clan. But if you wish me to I'll murder the last survivors of the clan,"

Zaria glared at him. "I was not the one who tortured you and I will keep telling you until you understand. And don't you dare murder those people. There are actually a few good people in the clan and you must consider the innocent people that they have imprisoned." She said not removing her glare from her face. "Besides if you wish to kill every last member of the clan then you must kill me as well."

"I never said that I would kill you!" he says, looking horrified by the very idea. "Lass! I could no' ever hurt ye. I only meant I would kill any of the bastards you wished me to."

"I don't think that will be necessary. Your little friend killed most of them anyway. And you said every last member of the clan which would include me." Zaria said sighing softly. She picked the blanket up from where she had dropped it and folded it neatly. "Don't you have some sleep to get? I thought you were going to sleep so you could keep me from running away during the night."

"You aren't part of their clan anymore lass! Your my mate!" he says angrily. "And no, Ive given up on sleep."

"Do you see this?" Zaria asked pointing at the clan mark on her neck. It had been placed where vampires usually chose to bite. "This doesn't exactly say Azrael's mate. And won't it be kind of hard to watch me and make sure I don't run off if you're sleeping with me?" She asked raising a copper brow at him.

"I can't sleep when you are miserable Zaria. I've been tracking you for months now. Trying to find you and bring you to my home." Azrael murmurs softly, offering her his hand.

"I have been miserable for a long time. I doubt you will be able to cure that in a day." Zaria said with a sigh. She did however take hold of his hand. "I still don't see why you want to all the trouble to find me. I'm really not worth all of the trouble especially since you hate me." She said shaking her head slightly.

"Zaria. I never said that I hated you. I just believed you were... evil. But I understand now that you're... Not." he says, frowning. "Thats not how I wanted to say that."

"I have noticed that you are not a master with words. I think I understand what you mean but I don't think I have ever been evil. Just because I am cruel does not mean that I am evil. I did what I had to do to protect people I care about." Zaria said with a small sigh.

"Ah wee lass. There's no reason to be sad. You should try to get some sleep," Azrael says, "Is there any way I can help you get to sleep now that I'm allowing you to sleep," he says, smiling grudgingly.

"Well if I am going to sleep I might as well have some place other then the cold stone floor to sleep on." Zaria said before she stood with the blanket in hand. She then made her way over to him and plunked down on his lap. "Ah that's better." She said sleepily as she spread the blank over them and snuggled into him. "Good day, Azrael."

Azrael's eyes widen and he stares at her for a moment before chuckling and wrapping his arms around her, "Sweet dreams and good day, wee lass."
