Turin and Telena, the Split Island

"Ah you're going to kill me. I could never last a week." Iridian said with a look of defeat. She flopped onto her back and let out a sigh. "Life just isn't fair. I end up falling for a god. Not to mention one who is old and crabby and likes to lock people in cages. Oh woah is me." She said in a sarcastic voice.

"Taking my shirt off?" Axel asked. He wedged his hands under his shirt and flipped it off. He then pulled her closer. He then gently kissed up her neck. "You taste like heaven."

Broderick pulls her close and strokes her hair, "I'm only a minor god for one. Two I'm actually quite young, for a god. Three, I am NOT cranky. Four... well... I did let you out and give you the night of your life, no?"

Eldora smiles, "Funny considering I've never been there. And now to fix the rest of the problem," she murmurs, letting her hair fall loose and taking her shirt off.

"You are older than me which makes you old. And you are so cranky. At least you were when I met you." Iridian said. She gently pinched his cheeks and pulled on them lightly. "Such a silly boy."

"I have never been there either. But I figure that if I were to go there it would seem a lot like you." Axel said with a small smile. He let his hands drift over her chest. "You are so perfect."

Broderick bats her hands away from his cheeks and rubs them, giving her a pretend hurt expression. He then grins, "So what do you think of Leon?"

"As are you... Axel..." Eldora murmurs and kisses him, "Will you... stay with me after this?"

"He is very cute. And not to mention sweet. He is the perfect little boy. Although he kind of reminds me of a friend of mine. Then again that friend grew up and now he's not so sweet now." Iridian said with a small shrug. She gently rubbed his cheeks.

"Of course I will. Now why would I want to leave you, beautiful?" Axel asked. He kissed her gently. "I have only ever wanted you."

Broderick chuckles, "Leon's my adopted son. I found him in an alleyway while in a town trading and couldn't help but save him. At the time I didn't know that the curse would spread to him as well..." he says, sounding sad at the end.

"You did not seem to want me before..." she murmurs but smiles, "But I suppose that's understandable."

Iridian frowned slightly. "That is a shame. But I did say I would help find the cause of it." She said with a light nod. She gently kissed his cheek.

"And you wanted to bite my head off. As I said things change. Besides I was only pushing you away because I thought you could do so much better." Axel said as he gently kissed her chest.

Broderick smiles, "Yes, you did say that. And it was very kind of you," he murmurs then stands, getting dressed. "I should give you a tour of the ship."

Eldora chuckles, "Do better? Than you? Of course not my silly Axel."

Iridian floped back onto the bed. "Way to ruin the moment." She said with a small sigh. She ran a hand through her hair before she stood. "First could I get some cloths? The ones I have are probably still kind of wet and I don't have any shoes."

"Oh silly am I?" Axel asked with a light laugh. He pulled her closer and gently blew on her chest. He kissed her all over on any bare inch of skin he could find.

Broderick chuckles, "I am sorry for ruining the moment but morning on a ship is early. And if you give me one moment I will get you some clothes. I hope you do not mind trousers and a shirt?"

Eldora moans and pulls him closer, "Axel..." she murmurs huskily.

"It would have been nice if someone would have let me sleep instead of waking me up every so often for another go round." Iridian said giving him a look. "And anything you can round up for me would be fine. I don't think you want the crew to see me with out any clothing."

"Would you like me to make love to you now my little goddess? I will go at a pace that will cost you no pain and you will feel all the pleasure possible." Axel said and looked up at her with a smile.

Broderick stiffens, "I would hate for my crew to see you with out garments," he growls and quickly grabs some for her. "And I would apologize for that, except I believe you liked it." he says, grinning wickedly.

"Yes... yes, Axel." she whispers, "Any pace you wish, just..." she gasps toward the end, breathless.

Iridian stuck her tongue out at him. "Pardon me if I want to at least sleep during the night. Now can I have those cloths now? It's kind of cold over here. And you should keep it to yourself if you don't want me to hurt your man bits."

"Yes yes someone is impatient." Axel said. He quickly got rid of their garments. He then moved so he was above her. "Now I shall make you very happy."

(Time skip.)

Broderick smiles and gives her the clothes, "Oh you wouldn't hurt me. You'd miss the experiences too much," he teases.

Eldora wakes up not long after noon and stretches, still tucked next to Axel. She smiles, enjoying where she is but sighs, knowing that they can't stay here forever.

"I think you are the one who would miss it the most. You are the one who feels the need to find a use for it." Iridian said with a small shrug. She took the cloths from him and sliped them on. She had to roll them up. "Jee wiz are you a giant or what? I feel like a child in them."

Axel smiled slightly and gently nuzzled his face in her hair. "Ah this is a nice place but I am sure that I must return you to your ship and your women soon."

Broderick smiles, "As you can see I am a large man," he teases and takes her hand, leading her up onto the deck where the smell of ocean mixes with his own scent.

Eldora nods and rests her head on him. "Yes, I must return soon and go out to sea... I would like it if you would accompany us..."

"I did hapen to notice that. Then again I wasn't trying to wear anything of yours at the time. Iridian said with a small smile. She pushed up a sleeve as she skiped after him. "So if I stay with you will I fall under the curse as well?"

"It's a good thing I don't get sea sick for I would very much like to go with you. I want to stay with you and make you feel loved as often as I can." Axel said with a smile. He gently ran his hands over her. "You are more than I could ever hope for."

Broderick stiffens but continues walking, "Yes... you probably will..." he says, sounding sad. "Which is why... I think..." he says and stops, turning to her with a sad and pained expression. "I think we'll drop you off on land and... perhaps we can visit each other. But I do not want you cursed to stay on this ship. It's not the sort of life that you deserve."

Eldora smiles, "How about we go and introduce you to my sisters and daughters?" she asks.

Iridian looked at him with wide eyes. "You are getting rid of me? I thought......I guess it doesn't matter now." She said with a small sigh. She looked down feeling rather regected. She supoused it was only to be expected that he didn't want her. Why had she thought that he would wanter her to stay with him? She didn't even know where she came from or who she really was. She didn't even want to be around herself.

Axel looked thoughtful for a moment. "How can you have daughters if you have never been with a man?" He asked.

"No, Iridian, don't think that," Broderick cries, his voice an anguished cry as he reaches for her and pulls her close, ready to ignore any struggles she makes. "I do not wish you to go... I do not wish to be separated from you... but I do not wish you to have to live on this ship every day of your life, unable to leave except for a few hours... You don't deserve that kind of mistreatment. You deserve riches, a loving husband who can take you all sorts of places.... you deserve better..."

Eldora chuckles, "None of them are truly my daughters or my sisters. It's more of a... religious term. Such as 'fathers' aren't actually your father. Plus they are all my family in a way."

"If you were thinking that then why did you sleep with me? I can't believe you would be so selfish. I can't believe that you would let me give myself to you then send me away." Iridian said her tone rather angry. In one movement she pulled away from him and gave him a solid kick. She then took his cloths off and threw them at him. She could care less that people were watching. She was so mad at him. "Fine have it your way. I will leave and not bother you any more. You won't have to waist your time worrying about me." She said before she let her wings sring back out. Before her sentance was done she was off into the air and flying away from them.

"Ah well I have never really been to a church or temple so I do not know about religions. I am not exactly sure what I am. I can only remember my family then the prison. I don't remember anything else." Axel said with a light shrug.

Broderick closes his eyes for a moment, trying to fight down his rage and possessiveness by telling himself it was better for her this way. But his mind didn't listen. Finally he snaps open his eyes, which are bright white and swirling. Suddenly the sky darkens, clouds forming and pouring rain, furious winds push Iridian back towards the ship. "Iridian!" he roars, ordering his crew in way that will help follow her.

"I'm sorry for that, Axel..." Eldora murmurs, getting dressed. "Surely your family is a happy memory though."

Iridian let out a small gasp when the rain drenched her wings. She hadn't flown very high she she dropped into the water wile her wings hid from the world once more. Shetried not to cry when she felt herself sink into the water. It felt so deep and yet she couldn't feel herself running out of air. She watched herself as she floated down down toward the bottom. She hoped this wasn't another dieing moment. Then again she didn't feel like fighting. So she let herself sink until she was settled on the sand. It was a surprising sight down there.

"Not really. I don't have many happy memories. I only remember being h appy when I was with my friend in the prison. She was the only person who seemed to understand me. My family is all gone now." Axel said and stood to dress himself.

Broderick curses and yells after her, immediately diving into the water. He swims down, breathing air even through the water and grabs Iridian. He presses his lips to hers, not only kissing her but forcing her to breath. He then pulls her up to the surface, where his crew helps to haul them up onto the deck. "Iridian!" he cries, looking frenzied with worry.

Eldora frowns, "I'm sorry... I wish I could help you. Who was this friend anyway? And what happened to her?"

Iridian sputtered slightly as she found herself back on the deck. Why couldn't he just leave her alone? She curled up into herself andlaid her head on her arms sobing lightly. She hated him now more than she could have thought possible. First he said he wanted her then he said she had to leave and then he brought her back. He needed to make up his mind.

"Ah her name is Iridian. I believe she escaped. I helped her out when she needed it. She knew she wasn't going to get out unless she escaped so I helped her. I was only let out because I was forced to work for some high ranking people. Now I don't know where she is." Axel said before he came up behind her. He pulled her into his arms and gave her a light squeez.

"Oh Iridian..." Broderick murmurs, pulling her close and kissing her all over her face as he finally gets up and carries her into his quarters. "Oh Iridian... my love..." he whispers, kissing the side of her neck. "I'm sorry... I'll never let you go again..." he murmurs.

Eldora squeals when he squeezes her, apparently ticklish. "Perhaps we can find her." she laughs, smiling over her shoulder at him.
